The homestead in Ivanovka Sergey Rahmaninov is one of the Russian composers who became famous all over the world. To know more about him, to feel the atmosphere of the place where he created is possible in Ivanovka, Tambov region. Here he spent much time from 1890 to 1917.

Kuzma Minin and Dmitry Pozharsky monument, Moscow  On November 4 in Russia National Unity Day is celebrated. Four centuries ago in 1612 civil uprising under Kuzma Minin and Dmitry Pozharsky defeated the army of Poland and Lithuania. Walking on the Red Square in Moscow you will see the monument dedicated to Kuzma Minin and Dmitry Pozharsky. In was created in 1818. Ivan Martos, the architect, made the project for it. Two sons of Martos became the models for the sculptures.
